A local division of AV homes is currently preparing to launch a new vacation resort within a few miles of Disney’s main gates. Not big news you may think, but this new community will be offering 4 bedroom pool homes for around $200,000. That is HUGE news.
With so many new resorts offering fully fledged resort communities, masses of amenities and award winning water parks, the developers of Laurel Oaks have decided to offer buyers the opportunity to get a great property without the high monthly HOA costs. The theory is simple. The less amenities a resort has, the easier is the upkeep and the lower the costs of maintenance.
Contracts are currently being written and although Laurel Oaks seems to go against the grain of ‘bigger is better’, sales are being made thick and fast, so do not think that these pool homes will be on the market for long.
